Hi there! I am a product designer with 5+ years of industry experience. I am specialized in Design Strategy, Interaction Design, Visual Design, and Research Design.

Currently, I’m a product designer working at Cigna (formerly Express Scripts).

Product design to me is a lot of things - it’s creativity, craftsmanship, strategy, and a lot of collaboration to make imaginations come true AND improve over time. Over the years, I’ve been gathering skills in my product design toolkit by working on different projects - not only do I create mockups and prototypes but also lead the vision of products and take them from concepts to implementation.

I found love and excitement in solving UX problems, people’s problems. I've worked at tech company, consulted for startups, partnered with City Government, and volunteered for non-profits. From each of experience, I learned ways to bridge business and organization goals with users’ needs.
